We ship worldwide.
- Free shipping in USA on all orders worth USD 200 & above. For order under USD 200, local shipping fee of USD 35 will be charged.
- Free worldwide shipping on all orders worth USD 200 & above. For order under USD 200, international shipping fee of USD 50 will be charged. The order value will not be inclusive of import duties & taxes, if any. The same will need to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery to the shipping partner.
Please note: All our products are made in India, and shipped from India. Your order will have duty paid for when order location is USA & order value is $200 or more.
Our delivering agency will require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified an alternate recipient for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) as evidence of delivery.
RETURNS
Our garments are all on a made-to order-basis. We also customise on request, free of charge. Once your order is confirmed, we do not offer any exchange or returns.
However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you.
If you have received a damaged/wrong product we need to be informed within 2 days of receiving the garment. It needs to be shipped back to us and on inspection of the same we can refund the money within 2 weeks of receiving the merchandise. We only refund and cancel if you have received damaged product or the wrong product .
In case of alterations courier charges for the first set of pick up and later delivery for the product will be borne by Verb. For subsequent issues regarding alteration, the to & fro courier charges will be borne by the customer.
No exchange, no return, no refunds and no alterations possible on
sale/discounted merchandise.
PAYMENTS
All payments made against the purchases/services on Wearverb.com by you shall be as against the MRP displayed on the website and shall be in terms and conditions of the third party Online Payment Gateway Services as adopted and applicable to your transaction as approved by Verb. Before shipping your order to you, we may request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. Issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase. This is done to ensure a safe and a full proof online shopping environment to our users.
Verb may employ Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal and such other third-party facilities, for Payments on the Website. Such payments can be made through the electronic transactions, as may be permitted by Verb which shall be at its sole discretion. Use of such third-party services will be governed by their User Agreement, Seller Terms, Conditions and other rules and policies as may be required and applicable for your nature of activities.
While availing any of the payment method/s offered by us, we are not responsible or take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you including but not limited to the following: (a) lack of authorisation for any transaction/s; (b) or exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by you and between your “Bank /s”; (c) or any payment issues arising out of the transaction; (d) or decline of transaction for any other reason/s.
DELIVERY
Verb endeavours but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if Verb fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, Verb may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost.
Delivery time provided is a guideline only and does not take into account possible delays that may arise due to payment authorization. Delivery timeline are mentioned on the products page . Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and may vary sometimes due to factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Or by factors such as a transportation strike or disruption of delivery services in any area due to any reason whatsoever. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon receipt.
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including pin code and a mobile number. We cannot initiate a refund if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.
All domestic orders from the Ready to Ship section should take about 7-10 days for delivery from the date of purchase. For all other orders, delivery timelines are ascribed in the Product information section.
